- 1 1/2 Cup Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat or White Flour
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
- 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
