Here is my weekly workout for the week
of 16th-21st

Monday- Chest & Biceps & Triceps

Seated Dumbbell Biceps Curl- 4 Sets of 8
Dumbbell Bench Press- 4 Sets of 8
Dumbbell Hammer Curl- 2 Sets of 10
Tricep Dips- 3 Sets of 10

Tuesday- Back

Generic Pull-up- 8 Sets of 3
Dumbbell Row- 3 Sets of 10

Wednesday- Cardio

Treadmill Run- 10 min
Walk Dog- 30 min
Step Elliptical- 15 min

Thursday- Legs & Booty

Barbell Squat- 3 Sets of 5
Leg Extension- 3 Sets of 8
Dumbbell Sumo Squat- 3 Sets of 10
Dumbbell Donkey Kicks- 2 Sets of 10
Cable Kick-Backs- 3 Sets of 15

Friday- Abs

Spiderman Plank Crunch- 2 Sets of 10
Cable Rotation- 2 Sets of 10
Bicycle Crunch- 2 Sets of 15
Cross Crunch- 2 Sets of 10
Leg Raises- 2 Sets of 10

Saturday- Rest Day

Sunday- Yoga



SIDE NOTE:
-I have a home gym, so most of my workouts you can do at home!
-I have 10 & 20 Ib dumbbells that I use
-You CAN add or adjust to your needs
