Vegan Chickpea Burrito



Hey guys!

I recently came up with a new recipe that I wanted to share with you all! Of course, it's already a recipe...
but I made my own twist, as usual!
Enjoy!

Ingredients 

1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
1 can Chickpeas/Garbanzo Beans 
1 can Black Beans
1 can tomato/green chillies
1 whole wheat tortilla (This recipe can make a lot more, so add more if you like!)

Add Coconut Oil to skillet on medium heat. Let melt.
Pour Chickpeas in the skillet. Let boil until soft.
Mix Black Beans to the mix. Let soften.
Mix Tomato/Green Chillies to the skillet and let sit on low heat.
Let sit until thoroughly cooked.

Add mix to tortilla and enjoy!

P.S. Yes I know, I make easy recipes, but hey, nutritional value is always welcome!
This recipe only took me about 10-15 minutes.
